Every staff person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Loved the views and location. Wished there was more room to walk in the living room when the pull out sofa was open.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room I stayed in was a nice size. The rooms were very clean the housekeeping staff was great. I did feel safe staying there because they check for your room key before you go upstairs. My two drawbacks are: The prices for the hotel are a bit high for there to be no amenities. What I was told to be a deposit was not refunded so I ended up being charged an extra $300. Knowing that moving forward I would stay there again.

"My flight was delayed, so I didn’t arrived until 2:30am, the desk attendant was not there but a note that said to drop my key if I was checking out. After a short wait, I was checked in. This property will be much better in a couple of months, they are currently renovating."
